Ensuring Product Excellence: Delivering high-quality products is our top priority. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will lead a team of quality control personnel to ensure adherence to company standards, promoting a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
  • Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with buyer specifications.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and improve product quality, driving continuous learning and development within the quality department.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Textile Engineering preferred)
  • At least 7 years of experience in Knit and Woven Garments quality assurance, with a proven track record of success in quality management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment
