Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all materials are ordered for purchase as per requirements.
- Maintain timely purchases and keep a record of them.
- Prepare and assist others in preparing purchase documents, ensuring quality specifications are included on the purchasing documents and obtaining appropriate approval of respective samples.
- Keep a bill of materials against each order and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up daily and arrange urgent solutions for shortfalls.
To perform any work assigned by the procurement manager from time to time.
Job SpecificationsA minimum of a Graduate degree with 2-3 years of experience in purchase planning, controlling, and maintaining efficient purchasing and quality is required.
