Strategic Advisor - Infrastructure

We are seeking a Strategic Advisor - Infrastructure to join our team. As a Strategic Advisor - Infrastructure, you will assist clients in developing and implementing strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure projects. You will have expertise in structuring and closing financing for infrastructure projects and procurements, as well as developing and negotiating contract terms.

You will require a deep understanding of capital project/program funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at local, state, and national levels to support analysis of client projects and provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Structure and close financing for infrastructure projects and procurements
  • Develop and negotiate contract terms
  • Provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and proven project management skills
  • Experience in feasibility studies and/or structuring project financing transactions and procurements
  • Proven quantitative analytical capabilities and ability to build market-accepted financial models
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and ability to solve unstructured problems
  • Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to develop professionally in the infrastructure finance and policy sector
