Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, providing exceptional support to clients.

  • Professionally and confidently handle customer inquiries, complaints & feedback across various channels.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are vital for succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their jewellery inquiries and purchases.
  • Offer expert advice on our stunning jewellery collections.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
  • Assist with sales and CRM-related tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Stellar problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using social media, email and phone systems.
  • A friendly and approachable personality.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of empathy, patience and a genuine desire to assist customers.
Work Schedule:

51 hours per week, Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
