About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned eCommerce SEO Specialist to drive growth and improve product rankings on our online store.

  • Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies for eCommerce platforms, focusing on scalable frameworks and category optimization.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to target high-converting keywords across various product niches.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to ensure fast loading times, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, and mobile-first optimization.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, descriptions, image alt-text, and internal linking.
  • Manage off-page SEO and backlink strategies to enhance domain authority and drive referral traffic.
  • Utilize AI tools to generate product-focused blog content that ranks and converts.
  • Monitor key metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize SEO performance, aiming to increase organic sessions, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and eCommerce SEO trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking eCommerce websites.
  • Expertise in technical SEO, schema for products, page speed optimization, and structured data.
  • Strong command of on-page SEO including product descriptions, meta tags, and UX for eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with major SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Experience using AI tools to create optimized content.
  • Ability to manage SEO independently and deliver results in a performance-driven environment.
