About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of sales professionals, focusing on delivering exceptional results in pipeline generation through outbound efforts.

Your primary responsibility will be to optimize a high-performing team dedicated to securing new business for Motive within key Public Sector entities.

  • Develop and manage a team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives to achieve outstanding performance and exceed monthly quota targets.
  • Sustain strong executive relationships with Public Sector executives to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct surveys to understand client pain points and procurement processes within their department, aligning these needs with Motive's solution.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and driving team performance to consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine qualification guidelines and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to track key metrics and foster the right behaviors.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in sales management with a focus on team development and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Public Sector industry and market trends.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
