Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the establishment and growth of the institution.

  • Operationalize practitioner courses, certifications, and training modules for continuous professional development.
  • Introduce innovative pedagogical practices including simulations, policy labs, and field-based research.
  • Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance in line with international standards.
  • Cultivate partnerships with government bodies, legislative institutions, international organizations, private sector entities, and academic institutions.
  • Secure external funding, grants, and philanthropic support for institution development and research.
  • Serve as the chief advocate and spokesperson for the institution within the university and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and program accreditation requirements.
