Job Title:

Associate Delivery Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for delivering payment solutions in a timely manner, adhering to project management and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management and Delivery:
  • Deliver payment solutions on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Adhere to enterprise project management & technology standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate software development of custom solutions based on client needs, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
  • Test and review end-to-end solutions to ensure quality and completeness.
  • Solutioning:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions that facilitate card issuing, merchant acquiring, and third-party processing services.
  • Ensure seamless integration of payment systems with other banking platforms and third-party services.
  • Conduct performance optimization and implement best practices to enhance reliability and scalability.
  • Client Interaction & Analysis:
  • Understand business processes, existing systems, and future requirements.
  • Create detailed documentation of client requirements.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert among stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Offer expert advice on application deployment, integration, and modifications.
  • Provide demonstrations and presentations of potential solutions to clients.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Implement application solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Perform sanity testing to verify software performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
  • Customize applications to meet specific client requirements while maintaining alignment with the Product Roadmap.
  • Support & Training:
  • Provide training to users on effective application usage.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications.
  • Advise on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Payments Domain and Application Delivery.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Security, Compliance, Developers, and Clients to define and implement Solutions.
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions and recommendations to clients.
  • Share knowledge and mentor other team members.
  • Participate actively in Solution reviews and Product Roadmap forums.
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Familiarity with Web Service integration and APIs.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (i.e., waterfall, Agile, and other modern approaches to software development).
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Programming Languages and emerging technologies.
