As a Senior Accountant, you will join a talented team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with our US-based manager to handle general accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.

Job Description
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and posting journal entries, completing reconciliations, and performing variance analysis to ensure compliance with GAAP standards. You will also review financial documents for accuracy and reconcile accounts to prevent discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial transactions, with a focus on maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency in all financial dealings.
• Complete reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency within the team.
• Perform variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement efficient solutions, driving business growth and profitability through strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records and maintain a cohesive team environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.
• Assist external accounting firms with tax filing preparation, providing expert knowledge and support to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the annual financial statement audit process, ensuring clear communication with auditors and stakeholders to address any queries or concerns, with a focus on maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business operations, adapting to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment, while prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands with ease.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial principles, and accounting methods (cash and accrual), with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting stakeholder expectations, with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, with expertise in accounting software applications, especially NetSuite.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and other accounting software, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and interpretation, applying analytical skills to identify trends and insights, and driving business decisions and strategy.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, using it to apply analytical skills to identify trends and insights, drive business decisions and strategy, and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supported by relevant professional experience in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development, with the ability to prioritize and self-manage effectively, taking ownership of projects and delivering results-driven outcomes.
