About the Role

In this challenging position, you will design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies to guarantee exceptional software quality. You will also engage in manual and automated testing, identify and document bugs and issues, work closely with developers to rectify defects, conduct thorough performance, security, and usability testing, participate in code review processes, and maintain accurate test documentation.

Necessary Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of software QA methodologies and tools, expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Cypress), experience with bug tracking and test management tools, familiarity with Agile development methodologies, and fundamental programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills, are equally important.

Bonus Requirements

A background in mobile app testing, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and relevant certifications like ISTQB would be highly beneficial.
