Job Profile

The Quality Assurance Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of all projects delivered at our organization. This position is crucial to maintaining our high standards.

As a Quality Assurance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and integrity of data collected, adhering to our standards. This involves being unbiased, process-driven, and accurate in documenting outcomes objectively.

You will also provide an accurate measure of interviewer performance and effectiveness, and ensure that all QC deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for aligning stakeholders on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for tracking and non-tracking projects, and working closely with different departments and teams to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure the quality and integrity of data collected, adhering to organizational standards.
  • Project Management: Align stakeholders on KPIs, and work closely with departments and teams to achieve project goals.
  • Digital Agenda: Utilize internal digital platforms efficiently to drive success in this role.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • At least two years of experience in Market Research or a similar function requiring data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.
  • Experience in project management is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of field interviewing processes, preferably in Market Research Agency.
  • Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient time management, multitasking, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Recommendations for process improvements within area of responsibility are welcome.
