About the Role

This role involves creating and publishing content across multiple channels to showcase our brand and culture, as well as working closely with our teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global recruitment marketing strategy that attracts top talent from around the globe.
  • Partner with TA teams to produce targeted content plans and build campaigns that deliver against regional employer/attraction related needs.
  • Create and publish compelling content across multiple channels, including career sites, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor/Indeed, and our ATS.
  • Work closely with our teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.
  • Analyse and report on the impact of your work – results, reach and engagement – using data to redefine your approach.

You should have a proven track record of delivering engaging and targeted content on social media like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube.
