Procurement Professional Role

We are seeking an accomplished procurement expert to oversee our organization's supply chain management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, transparent, and cost-effective procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Request (PR) Processing – Reviewing and analyzing PR details, resolving queries with vendors.
  • Price Quotation Adjustment & Negotiation – Collecting quotations, comparing offers, and negotiating prices, quality, payment terms, and services.
  • Order Placement – Creating Purchase Orders (POs), obtaining approvals, and sharing with suppliers.
  • Delivery Process Management – Ensuring timely deliveries, monitoring rejections, and resolving supplier issues.
  • Accounts Reconciliation – Managing advance requests, verifying invoices, and ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Factory Coordination – Coordinating with teams for Goods Receipt (GR), Delivery Challan (DC), and invoice resolution.
  • Special Assignments/Other Tasks – Vendor meetings, warehouse visits, and reconciling GR/IR, debit/credit cases, and other payables.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in procurement/supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP is preferred, and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
