
Business Opportunity Developer

The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy, banquet sales, and event bookings.
A hospitality business development manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE Planners.
They prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients and conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with hotel revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and branding efforts
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel
The role requires collaboration with operations to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded. The ability to negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with hotel pricing and revenue policies is also essential.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management
- 4-6 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star Hotel
- Leadership, communication, analytical skills, and office software proficiency
