Responsibilities
  1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
  2. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  3. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  4. Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  5. Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  6. Coordinating business generation activities
  7. Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  8. Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  9. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  10. Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  11. Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  12. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  13. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  14. Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  15. Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  16. Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process
  17. Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  18. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews
  19. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
  20. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Job Specification
  1. Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  2. Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  4. Persuasive and goal-oriented
  5. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  6. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  7. Self-motivated and self-directed
  8. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  9. In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  10. High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred
  11. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  12. Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  13. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  14. Demonstrated and proven sales results
  15. Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  16. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
  17. Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  18. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  19. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
