Job Specification

We are seeking an experienced Management Coordination Specialist to join our team at R&I Electrical Appliances.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems, as well as devising ways to streamline processes.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training personnel, allocating responsibilities and office space, assessing staff performance, and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company, managing schedules and deadlines, monitoring inventory of office supplies, and overseeing facilities services and maintenance activities.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
