A seasoned professional with expertise in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace services is required to spearhead our migration initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex migration projects and have experience in designing tailored solutions that meet business needs.

The role demands the ability to design and implement innovative solutions using Azure technologies, focusing on Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Microsoft 365 tenant split and migration projects to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption.
  • Architecting and implementing solutions for Microsoft 365 services, encompassing configuration and optimization of settings as part of the migration process.
  • Managing and executing migrations across various MS 365 components such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Migration.
  • Providing solutioning for Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Offering administrative oversight and support for MS 365 services and infrastructure.
  • Designing and developing cost and effort estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with security protocols and best practices in the migration and setup of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Maintaining documentation for solutions, configurations, and migration procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-12 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace services.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), and Intra ID.
  • Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
  • Experience in M365 Solutioning, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Pre-Sales activities.
  • Proven track record in tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
  • Experience in building estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
