As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of production planning and control processes.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Head of Supply Chain to plan delivery dates, prepare schedules, and identify facility requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring production processes, assessing manufacturing processes, and calculating resource requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Liaison with the Head of Supply Chain to plan final delivery dates and prepare planning schedules and work statements identifying detailed facility requirements, manpower requirements, and material lists of respective sections.
  • Maintain strict oversight of production processes to ensure conformance to production plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate manufacturing processes based on production specifications and determine tools, equipment, materials, and human resource requirements.
  • Determine direct and indirect raw material requirements in the respective sections and finalize raw material planning under the guidance of the Head of Supply Chain.
  • Develop purchase plans for the respective sections.
  • Take prompt action to address any unforeseen delays in the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with concerned departments in case of delays.
  • Notify the Head of Supply Chain immediately if production deviates from the planned schedule and assist in devising an alternate schedule without affecting the major delivery plan.
