Actuarial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced actuary to lead our actuarial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of actuarial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS-17 standards and regulations in insurance reserves management
  • Lead performance-based appraisals to ensure accountability among team members
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial sciences or a related field, such as mathematics or statistics
  • Pursuing Actuary Qualification or preferably holding the ASA designation
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in actuarial services, including leadership roles
