Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Broker located in Karāchi, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Broker will be responsible for managing client portfolios, providing expert advice on insurance products, and developing customized insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and assessing clients' insurance needs, negotiating with insurers, and ensuring the implementation of effective risk management strategies. The Senior Broker will also play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risk and develop customized insurance solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software and tools
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • Professional certifications in insurance or risk management are highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in insurance brokerage or a similar role is required
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  • CII certifications required
