Job Overview:

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Production Planning: Coordinate with sales teams to forecast demand and develop production schedules accordingly.

  3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in product quality.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production personnel to achieve production targets and improve productivity.
  5. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  6. Equipment Maintenance: Schedule regular maintenance for production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time ordering to reduce waste and minimize stockouts.
  8. Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
