Marketing Specialist

  • Lead the development and implementation of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms to drive digital growth.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for performance improvements.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends and algorithm changes.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for ad copywriting, visual design, and landing page optimization.

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in paid media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and GA4.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
