Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement faculty development programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Engage with students outside of class to provide personalized support and guidance.
- Collaborate with department staff to achieve common goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT academic leadership or faculty positions.
