AI-Driven Growth Strategist

You'll be at the heart of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, driving lead generation, market analysis, and customer acquisition.

This role is an opportunity to build, experiment, and scale within a high-impact, AI-driven startup.

We're looking for someone who can blend creativity with analytics, design high-converting funnels, and identify market trends that give us a competitive edge.

  • Lead Generation & Demand Generation
    • Develop and execute outbound and inbound lead generation strategies to attract high-value prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline
    • Work closely with sales to refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and build targeted outreach campaigns that drive meaningful conversations
    • Optimize and scale multi-channel campaigns across email, social, SEO, paid ads, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to refine our sales and marketing strategy
  • Identify emerging opportunities, untapped segments, and whitespace markets to expand our reach
  • Act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring seamless alignment on lead handoff, nurture strategies, and conversion goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters Degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in a growth, marketing, sales, or GTM-related role, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data, metrics, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
  • A deep understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and B2B sales cycles.
