AI Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in machine learning and NLP to develop RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, and implement agent workflows under the guidance of a senior AI Lead.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust RAG pipelines using vector databases and document retrievers.
  • Build and test basic agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate transformer models like Mistral, TinyLLaMA, or BERT.
  • Assist with prompt structuring, chunking strategies, and tool-agent interactions.
  • Contribute to training and validating small models with PEFT, LoRA, and open-source tools.
  • Write modular Python code and document experiments via Jupyter, Git, MLFlow, or W&B.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of practical experience in ML, NLP, or LLM-focused work.
  • Working knowledge of transformer architectures and Hugging Face tools.
  • Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate) and RAG structures.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; Pydantic knowledge is an asset.
