Job Summary:

As a Sales Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leading and managing a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, providing ongoing training and coaching, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales officers to achieve sales targets, ensure high service standards, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales plans to enhance customer engagement, increase sales performance, and improve overall business results.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to your team members, including best practices for sales techniques and follow-ups.
  • Team Meetings: Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and address challenges.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, ensure seamless coordination, and enhance overall performance.
  • Sales Call Monitoring: Monitor sales calls, offer constructive feedback, and support to improve communication and sales outcomes.
  • Sales Targets: Define and communicate clear sales targets for individual members and the team, driving accountability and results.

  • Skill Gap Identification: Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Automobile Sales Expertise: Strong expertise in automobile sales methodologies and CRM software.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and customers.
  • Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive effective sales strategies and improve team performance.
