Job Title:

Product Manager

Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering software products. This includes laying out the strategic product roadmap, coordinating with domain experts, supporting sales efforts and defining sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Laying out the strategic product roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals
  2. Coordinating with domain experts to add new features and enhance existing products
  3. Supporting sales efforts by providing technical delivery experience in an agile environment
  4. Defining and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive product adoption
  5. Overseeing user documentation and training, product support and handling support escalations
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in leading teams that have delivered successful software products
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / MIS expected
Desirable Skills
  • Strong understanding/experience in native mobile application development for iOS and Android
  • Technical delivery experience in an agile environment
  • Interpersonal skills - strong partnering/relationship building abilities and effective communication with small and large groups
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate tradeoffs
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment operating at both strategic and tactical level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
