Job Title: Senior AI Operations Analyst-1

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our Generative AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of analytical skills, project management expertise, and a passion for applying AI to real-world business challenges.

  • You will oversee the intake of new AI use cases and tool requests, including initial grooming, viability research, platform compatibility assessment, and prioritization based on business impact and development effort.
  • You will develop new AI tools, rapidly prototyping, developing, testing (including prompt engineering/training), launching, and maintaining (bug fixes, enhancements) new Gem's, GPT's, and agent workflows.
  • You will maintain comprehensive documentation, meticulously documenting use cases, testing results, support processes, and other relevant information.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the AI Solution Lifecycle: Oversee the intake of new AI use cases and tool requests.
  • Develop new AI tools: Rapidly prototype, develop, test, launch, and maintain new AI tools.
  • Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Meticulously document use cases, testing results, support processes, and other relevant information.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing AI tools and processes.
  • Contribute to AI Strategy: Participate in the development and refinement of the overall AI strategy and roadmap.
