A dynamic and experienced leader is sought to head our Medical College. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for medical education and institutional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction to the university, aligning with its vision and mission.
  • Manage academic, administrative, and financial functions of the university.
  • Plan, conduct, and follow accreditation visits by regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant professional and academic standards.
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the institution in various regulatory authorities, policy staff, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
  • As per PMDC guidelines, qualifications include:
  • FCPS, PhD in medical sciences.
  • MPhil/MS in a relevant subject.
  • At least 10 years of teaching experience as Professor.
  • Prior experience as Principal or Dean is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation requirements and regulations.
  • Ability to provide visionary leadership and manage complex academic and administrative staff.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in academic and administrative processes.
Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Sukkur – Reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
  • Education: Doctorate (Preferred).
  • Experience: 10 years of teaching as Professor (Preferred).
  • Work Location: In person.
