Job Title: Solution Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Solution Strategist to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with established controls, and facilitating new business opportunities through effective communication with manufacturers and partners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to work closely with internal and external resources to achieve competitive pricing, and deliver services within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This role requires a strong understanding of major hardware manufacturers' pricing programs and the ability to set individual goals aligned with department objectives. The chosen candidate will also be expected to regularly attend internal and external calls to proactively manage accounts and ensure smooth handling of incoming business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities, including multiple transactions across various accounts.
  • E nsure all tasks are in compliance with established controls.
  • Facilitate new business opportunities through effective communication with manufacturers and partners.
  • Closely collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve competitive pricing.
  • Deliver services within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure solutions developed/customized for clients are fully validated in terms of availability, compatibility & adaptability.
  • Manage order fulfillment processes to achieve outstanding service delivery.
  • Execute reporting tasks assigned in time slots provided for different clients.
  • Provide daily updates and visibility on sales cycles to the account team.
  • Regularly attend internal and external calls to proactively manage accounts.
  • Understand and apply major manufacturer pricing programs effectively.
  • Set individual goals derived from department objectives.
