Job Overview:

This position is responsible for setting appointments, scheduling meetings, generating leads, and communicating with customers. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and sales KPIs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Qualify leads through outbound cold calls and schedule appointments
  • Analyze client business models to identify pain points and tailor conversations accordingly
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by maintaining accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to drive lead conversion and improve sales performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1- 2+ years of relevant experience in appointment setting or SDR roles
  • Strong knowledge of IT services and industry-specific terminology
  • Prior experience working in US-based campaigns or night shifts
