We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in hardware sales to lead and drive our operations. This role is critical for overseeing the sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth across the country. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales management, particularly in the hardware industry, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the country-specific sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring effective performance, development, and motivation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term business success.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive hardware product adoption across target industries.
- Collaborate with global teams to align local sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to ensure informed decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies while conducting sales operations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of sales experience in the hardware industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of hardware products and their application across various sectors.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
