Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting. They will also be proficient in using accounting software (QuickBooks) and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
