Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Manage tasks in project management tools, tracking progress, coordinating with teams, and communicating updates. Maintain tracking sheets for published content.
  • Project Management: Organize project briefs, documentation, and workflows in project management tools and intranets. Assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct regular goal-setting and check-ins with editors to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team, fostering a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment. Proactively address delays, propose solutions, and implement contingency plans to maintain production.
Requirements
  • Near-native English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination.
