Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Bid for market share by structuring an efficient sales network: direct agent and retail channel growth, devise targeted expansion plans, and expedite market entry through industry exhibitions and business negotiations.
  • Cultivate customer value management: establish dynamic customer profiles, engage in regular follow-ups with key clients, accurately track changes in demand, coordinate internal resources to resolve after-sales issues, and boost cooperation conversion rates above 30%.
  • Work towards high-growth targets: break down individual and team sales targets based on the company's annual strategy, create weekly and monthly execution plans, and ensure over-fulfillment of sales tasks for core products such as lithium batteries and energy storage systems.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, channel development, or retail/agent network management.
  • Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Target-driven with experience setting and achieving sales goals.
  • Experience with after-sales coordination and problem resolution.
  • Knowledge or interest in lithium batteries and energy storage systems a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in industry events and client visits.
