Job Title: Chief Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to oversee and manage various projects. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and processes
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
  • Communicate with stakeholders about project updates, changes, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address challenges
  • Provide regular reports to management on project status, budget, and risks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
