Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our full-cycle recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, including forecasting hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning.
    • Design and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, leveraging various sourcing channels.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to ensure high performance, allocating resources effectively and overseeing daily recruitment operations.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Sources potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates in collaboration with department managers.
    • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding
    • Enhance the company's employer brand through campaigns, events, and social media presence.
    • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to management for decision-making.
  • Compliance & Best Practices
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment, e.g., SHRM, PHR, LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
  • Experience in a specific industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of DEI Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion hiring practices.
