Data center professionals with experience in remote sales are invited to apply for a challenging role as a Sales Development Representative.

Job Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will identify potential clients in the European and Asian markets using market research and online tools.
  • They will have strong understanding of regional trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to craft effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Client Targeting: Identify potential clients and understand regional trends to craft effective sales strategies.
  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Make outbound cold calls to introduce data center services and follow up on leads generated through cold calls and online inquiries.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively promote and sell data center services, build and manage a sales pipeline, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular virtual interactions.
  • Remote Outreach and Communication: Utilize digital platforms to connect with clients and prospects, deliver engaging presentations, and provide updates on progress toward targets.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in a CRM system.
  • Compliance and Market-Specific Knowledge: Ensure all contracts comply with regional laws and regulations and stay updated on business etiquette and cultural practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in remote sales, including cold calling, in the data center or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of European and Asian markets and their unique business practices.
  • Excellent cold calling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and other sales software.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Multilingual skills are a strong advantage.
