Poltechhouse, a leading provider of IT and customer support services, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. We are hiring for multiple time zones to cater to our global clientele. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer service, we want to hear from you

Available Shifts:
Evening Shift (USA/Canada): 6 PM - 2 AM
Day Shift (UK): 2 PM - 8 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  5. Follow company guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  2. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish.
  3. Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
  4. Ability to work in the specified time zones.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
