Human Resources Generalist

A seasoned professional is sought after to oversee the daily operations of HR functions across various departments, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be able to effectively coordinate with department heads to identify and fulfill hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent, manage job postings, conduct thorough interviews, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Attendance and Leaves Management: Effectively manage attendance records, leaves, and employee data through HRMIS and manual tracking systems.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and routine HR matters, providing timely and accurate support.
- Performance Appraisal and Employee Development: Collaborate in planning and executing annual performance appraisal cycles, employee development initiatives, and training activities.
- Organizational Development: Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, process improvements, and organizational development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
