Job Title

A Finance Professional with Expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop accurate budgets and forecasts to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Financial Process Design: Implement efficient financial processes to minimize errors and risks.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to US and UK taxation regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial statements to senior management.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting and finance, with expertise in IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Hold ACCA, ICMA, or CA-Finalist qualifications from a recognized professional body.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with financial advisory, internal audit, and transaction advisory services is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, Ms Visio, and accounting software is essential.
  • A strong command of financial data analysis and international/local tax regulations is required.
