Ecommerce Website Developer Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior developer to lead our ecommerce website development projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Magento architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful project implementations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and customization of Magento-based ecommerce websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
  • Architect, design, and implement Magento solutions that align with business goals.
  • Perform thorough testing of developed features to identify and resolve bugs and issues.
  • Implement and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Identify and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance website speed and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest Magento releases and upgrades, and implement necessary updates. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including monitoring, backup, and security measures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Document customizations, configurations, and processes for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, theming, and module development.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Familiarity with best practices in web development, SEO, and ecommerce.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
