Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via telephone to generate new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the sales process. They should also be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential clients.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Familiarize yourself with the details of our products and services.
  • Contact potential clients using a list of provided phone numbers.
  • Field basic questions and concerns about our offerings.
  • Schedule consultations between potential clients and our Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain a detailed log of calls, including those that were not answered.
  • Attempt to contact potential clients who could not be reached initially.
  • Inform the Manager of any recurring product-related complaints.
