Job Title: Urdu Translator for Symbolic Universal Notation Project

We are working on a vital Bible translation project, using the Symbolic Universal Notation (SUN), to provide immediate access to Scripture for deaf and blind individuals worldwide.

To support this project, we need native or bilingual Urdu speakers to translate an English training manual into Urdu. The manual will be used by teachers for the deaf and blind in Urdu-speaking regions.

About the Role:

  1. Translate the English training manual into clear and accurate Urdu.
  2. Collaborate with our team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Urdu.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Access to a computer and internet connection.
  • Ability to commit approximately 10 to 12 hours of service per week.

This remote work may take a few months to complete. As a volunteer, you can contribute your language skills to make a meaningful impact and bring the Gospel to those who need it most.
