About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-potential prospects who can benefit from outsourcing their workforce.

  • The successful candidate will research and identify potential clients in key global markets who can benefit from offshoring and outsourcing services.

  • They will develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital channels to engage with prospective clients.

  • Key responsibilities include understanding prospect's outsourcing needs, pain points, and business goals.

  • Closely collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to hand off qualified leads for conversion.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.

    ">
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B and outsourcing/offshoring sectors.

    ">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.

    ">
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.

    ">
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.

    ">
  • Global market exposure or experience working with international clients is a plus.

    ">
  • Excellent English skills (both written and verbal).
