Key Aspects:

As a User Experience Champion, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our users have a positive and seamless experience with our platform. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with other departments to identify and monitor suspicious activity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
  • You will investigate and resolve complex issues such as failed transfers, declined payments, and lost or stolen cards.
  • You will work closely with the Financial Crime and Risk department to identify and monitor suspicious activity.

This is an entry-level position with a salary range of PKR 60-75K, depending on shift timings. This role will also require you to work on weekends twice a month.
