Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining BCMS frameworks in accordance with ISO 22301 standards.
  • Conducting BIA to identify critical business functions and dependencies.
  • Developing and implementing business continuity plans (BCP), disaster recovery (DR) strategies, and response procedures.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with BCMS.
  • Supporting organizations during BCMS certification audits and regulatory assessments.
  • Providing training and awareness programs on BCMS best practices.
  • Assisting in the selection and implementation of BCMS tools.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certification.
  • CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) certification (desired).
  • 6-8 years of experience in BCMS consulting or related roles.
  • Practical experience in ISO 22301 implementation, BIA, DR planning, and BCMS assessments.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST, NCA, SAMA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
