Business Development Manager for Textiles Industry

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Business Development Manager to join our textile team with the responsibility of acquiring business through various channels.

The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of the textiles industry, including fabrics constructions, characteristics, and processes.

  1. Strong understanding of textiles industry trends and developments.
  2. Excellent sales, key account management, merchandising, and people management skills.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
  5. Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business.
  2. Maintain close relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication.
  3. Negotiate agreements and close sales.
  4. Identify potential customers and explore new opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Good presentation, communication, and business reporting skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
  3. Strong sales execution, promotion, and direct sales skills.
  4. Building strong referral networks.
  5. Developing and implementing business strategies.
