Yunus Textile Mills Limited is looking for energetic profiles for the below-mentioned position based in Landhi, Karachi.

Qualification:

Graduation/Master's

Experience:

Minimum 06 years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust quality management systems aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) across all departments and processes within the textile manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications by conducting regular audits, inspections, and assessments of processes, products, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and waste reduction through the application of quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality principles, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for quality-related issues, complaints, and feedback from customers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes, procedures, and performance metrics. Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management highlighting quality performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks throughout the product lifecycle. Implement risk management techniques to anticipate, prevent, and mitigate quality-related issues that may impact product quality, safety, or compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, R&D, and logistics to address quality-related challenges, drive quality improvements, and ensure seamless integration of quality processes across the organization.
