Job Title:

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, at cash registers, by replenishing stock, and by meeting specified sales targets.
  • Maintain all retail standards and build strong relationships with colleagues, peers, and external partners.
  • Oversee team coverage, till transactions, general housekeeping requirements, and resolve customer queries or complaints.
  • Receive deliveries, inspect for inaccuracies, calculate sales figures, produce stock reports, conduct stock counts, process stock returns, and repairs.
  • Demonstrate a high level of awareness about current and upcoming trends in the fashion industry and showcase a proven track record in sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Fashion Orientation: Maintain a high level of awareness about current and upcoming trends in the fashion industry.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and maintain store standards.
  • Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and process stock deliveries; conduct stock counts, and manage stock levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce accurate sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably related to Fashion).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
